If the app has the usability of any other credit card app rating would be higher. It's 2024 how are you still this far behind in features and settings options, it's like someone playing pretend. Core elements like account balance and payments is there but nothing else. Can't make any changes to anything it's not even an option to look at your information it simply just isn't there.

This app doesn't let me create an account, I applied 3 days a go and deposited $500 for my secure credit card. I haven't hear from them in the email to updated about the card delivery, I am not even sure if they will send to the address I use as billing address. There is no way to get information. I emailed asking and they send a back forward message saying to check on the app. Really bad to star with !!!

It's bad. The App is lacking any form of customer service, the entire option is "Here's our mailing address". Now I have no idea if my outgoing mail is being ignored, lost in the mail, or just sitting in a pile. Sent it weeks ago, and there's no way to know. Card expired two months ago, can't do anything. App deleted my fingerprint recognition and locked me out for a failed password attempt, so I can't even log in for the address.
