Oracle Mobile Field Service for Mobile Devices allows field service technicians to remotely access customer, product, service request and task related information. Technicians can continue to update their tasks, capture materials, time, expense details, access inventory levels, return, transfer and request parts regardless of the internet connectivity and synchronize when they are online.

highly problematic. I even don't want to give it even one star. It syncs itself everytime you open it for some secret agenda. It doesn't sync the user's data. You have to sync it yourself. Often you lose the data and re-enter it. Sometime it stops taking any data without giving any error. The only solution is to reinstall it. Whenever you open it with the motivation to update a call, it says, "be patient baby, let me enjoy myself first" then it keeps on syncing itself for around a minute or so.

The app is extremely heavy and slow. You need high-end cell phones for it. For every entry you have to manually sync it waiting 30-60 seconds. Always busy in auto sync for internal secret affairs. It's full of unneeded stuff. It's like a shirt sewn for a millipede and being tried to fit on an ant. After a painful struggle of 5 years with this app we are going for a custom app.

Worst experience ever. I don't have another option on my company. I had to log in every time I log in over 30 or 40 times every day. On top of that, every time I log in I had to wait for automatically sinc, and on top of that every ltl change I made I had to sincroncing again. This app is add like 2 or 3 hours to my work every day. And showing errors over and over. Worst app ever.

What’s new

Build 23 has few more bug fixed on top of build 22.
Compatible latest server side patch is 32788124(MFS V 26.85), Build 23 is backward compatible with older server patches.
