paid for 40GB of data at the airport on arrival, my phone shows I've only used 23GB, and now it's been cut off. I tried to file a complaint, and it has been closed without a resolution or even a single response. If I try calling, then there isn't an english option to speak to anyone. Complete waste of money, do not get a contract with orange if you're travelling from abroad.

Poor App. Inaccurate and not updated data. Even though, have multiple lines connected to the same account, you can neither monitor nor control them through the app. All other mobile service providers have better apps by far. Supposedly, Orange should have been the market leader, but unfortunately, it's not.

The worst company ever, I can't reach customer service all the time and the app is not helpful at all, every time I need to renew the package I have to call them and there is no number that has the customer service number. Really a bad company and the strangest thing is that the package expires within a few days and doesn't arrive until the end of the month.
