My only current issue is if I create an invoice through the app the Pickup and Delivery options do not present. I have to save the invoice and reopen it in the web version, therefore I do not use the app for creating invoices. OTR did hear me when I stated my displeasure about popups and removed ads from my account. I much appreciated that.

The OTR app is very friendly to use. it has a lot of functions that my company uses. It's easy to maneuver through and understand. I am able to factor and edit my loads and do broker checks easily. The app also shows my profile and progress. I am able to contact my account manager if, I had any questions or concerns.

Loading the fuel card is impossible using an Android. Please fix the glitch for Android users because it works perfectly fine on Apple products.
