BlueEye uses a foreground service to maintain a seamless connection to our site, even when BlueEye is running in the background. This ensures that critical tasks, such as data synchronization or updates, remain active for up to 5 minutes, allowing users to experience uninterrupted functionality.

I have been trying to open this app for over a week now. Every time I do this it comes up with an error message that says Dear Customer Swan Connection Unstable. Renew Connection? (This may take up to 15 mins). We apologise for the inconvenience. It then asks me to cancel or Reset. I click reset and it does nothing and I can't go any further. Any advice as I'd really like to be able to use my alarm system from my phone.

My app has changed to a black background and now does not connect the swan server. I'm thinking a new version has been uploaded. I wish this stops happening as I have NO remote access to my alarm, just manual control. "If it isn't broken don't fix it" This is a train wreck of an app with NO reliability. I wish the Blue eye developers get it right and ensure a reliable and working app.

Once again, the "safe" application not working, despite it is paid yearly! Everything connected too is not working, no access to House and the message: "Dear customer Swan connection unstable. renew connection?(This may take up to 15 min) We apologies for the inconvenience", is everything what the Support Team can do for a good customer!
