BlueEye connect and interface with Paradox systems for management of the security, doorbell , Automation and access.

BlueEye uses a foreground service to maintain a seamless connection to our site, even when BlueEye is running in the background. This ensures that critical tasks, such as data synchronization or updates, remain active for up to 5 minutes, allowing users to experience uninterrupted functionality.

The foreground service is essential to keep the connection live, providing reliable performance for time-sensitive operations. This functionality enhances the user experience by ensuring that BlueEye continues working in the background without disruption.

Our use of the foreground service is strictly for maintaining this connection and is a key aspect of ensuring the app performs its intended tasks efficiently.

I have been trying to open this app for over a week now. Every time I do this it comes up with an error message that says Dear Customer Swan Connection Unstable. Renew Connection? (This may take up to 15 mins). We apologise for the inconvenience. It then asks me to cancel or Reset. I click reset and it does nothing and I can't go any further. Any advice as I'd really like to be able to use my alarm system from my phone.

Awful. Given the importance of this application, it's hard to believe just how "broken" it is. Biggest issue is that there is no notification when alarm goes off (until i open app) (And I've spent hours trying to turn off deep sleep/memory&battery optimization etc to no joy) Butt also can't seem to add others users without an error appearing. And like everyone else has said, takes long to connect to turn off alarm (sometimes doesn't connect for several minutes while alarm goes off).

Not sure why I paid 62$ for a three-year subscription, as I have never managed to connect to my system while I'm mobile. The application is very poor with limited capacity, either in terms of performance (several times we must perform refresh in order to connect to the system), or in terms of parameterization (such as adjusting the buttons on the screen to make them accessible).
