I haven't been able to access my money in my fair save account for almost two weeks now and no tangible reason other than I should exercise patience. Their customer service keep closing their chats without properly responding. PLEASE AVOID THIS APP AND RELEASE MY FUNDS!!! I DID NOT LOCK THE MONEY FOR GOD SAKE!!! This app was recommended to by someone I trusted but the app as been really stressing me from their poor customer service to bad network all time. RELEASE MY FUNDS!!!

This app is good and reliable. but on 17-07-2025 i can withdraw from my savings account to my wallet. what i alway see is error just occurred. please, rectify this problem in time, because this is a business app. Don't prolong issues like this before is been solved. l have never experienced such before. work on it fast to save life.

I think you should work on your login process. People are likely to forget usernames.... use phone number instead when people forget their password. This happened to me and if I don't get any feedback soon... I'll just have to uninstall the app. Thanks

Single sign-on sub-account transfers: Resolved an issue where users were unable to transfer funds from their sub-accounts while logged in through their main account.

Transaction receipt summary: Removed the display of pre-balance and post-balance values from the downloadable transaction receipt summary. These values were not included on the actual receipt and could mislead users.
