can't reset password they send me a otp I use it and it say invalid otp. after making a call with the customer care I was asked for full name gave it date of birth gave it phone number gave it and started asking for account balance which I started getting suspicious of I asked why and the call was cut might have to withdraw and return the pos cause my other pos money is still hanging too

the app has been smooth so far but if recent I can't log in to the app.. it keeps telling me I can't log in to this device
