I'd say 3.9 stars. I like the app, it does need an update, it can be quirky. Seems to have trouble zeroing in, sometimes. It's very sensitive, that's good, be sure to mute other strings & be in a quiet room. Ambient noise has an effect. It works well, I use it often, but, could be better. edit/reply: thanks for getting back so quickly. Tried the boost/filter settings, helps sometimes, other times it's better off. they may make the best tuners , but their app is not good. it never hears the same not twice on my phone. I use a free app I have to tune my steel guitar because this one is not usable. completely unusable and a waste of $10.

it gets a little jumpy even in a quiet environment....but when it's working.. it works better than I thought it would.
