This is my first time using this application I bought btc of 400e , and I tried to send it to my coinbase account which I have never used my coinbase account to receive any cryptocurrency before, Bit2me didn't allow my coin to go through my account was blocked and I have more than 800e there

Excellent service, user friendly

They applied the exchange rate at the moment of purchase and not the verification date/hour of my credit card, I LOST/THEY STOLE 5,7% OF MY TOKENS. The only response that I got back is that they said they had given me the tokens earlier but I never saw this, didn't get a notification, and this goes clearly against their own policy which says you will get the exchange rate upon the moment of credit card verification. I REALKY FEEL ROBBED
