This app has been absolutely invaluable. I am so glad this is available now. It definitely provides a way to keep connected to someone who's inside. I had some issues with it to begin with, and I have to restart the app once or twice a day because my phone shuts it down no matter the battery and background app settings. But it's by far worth it!!!! What you guys are providing is priceless!!! Thankyou PVM. ❤️

I've used this app for a year and a half, and it's been an absolute lifeline. It means that I am in control of contact, but still reachable in an emergency. I've used it at all levels, from live calls and voicemails on Gold package, Silver & Bronze. Customer support is 2nd to none. If you have a query or problem they're helpful, compassionate and incredibly quick! Having a friend or family member in prison is never fun, but this app and the PV team make it so much easier.

Found this app really easy to use. Customer service is excellent. Just an email & support is there. Keep app updated with software updates, advice from support team, no problems after that. Thank you Alex & Kieran! When you are not around to take a call, the ability to leave or receive a voicemail is priceless! Helps you to keep in touch in real time. Saving money and being able to keep in touch is a win win. The calls are recorded so you(not prisoner)can listen to calls over and over again.
