Previ said they were auditing accounts, and found a line that was missing the device payment plan. They then added it to line 1815. That line never had a device payment plan. Turns out it was for line 6203, which was paid off last year. So Previ re-added it to the completely wrong line, and wanted me to pay for it a second time. The payment plan added to the wrong line has been removed (in the app at least). š¤

Such a frustrating company to work with. trying to get a phone plan is like trying to work through an incompetent middleman that moves at a speed that makes glaciers seem quick. all of the technical transfer stuff is done via text, for no logical reason at all. this app is beyond clunky, and the customer service is just so lackluster.

Terribly slow customer service.. App has many bugs, but website is worse.. Things like no scrolling, can't click on buttons etc. I don't know who is programming this garbage but you should fire them. I will be leaving before I get charged a yearly fee again.
