I expected only foreclosures to be shown. All I found was the same listings I see on typical real estate searches. Skip the app and call the courthouse for a list of foreclosures. I give the app two stars since the app does function and does show properties although not foreclosures.

I wanted to search by state, this ap is not set up for that. You can not pick a larger region to search. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Too long to load or won't load at all. Less tools to narrow searches than other apps I've seen. Example, you can search 1 city or all, instead of two on three cities at once.
