Please do something about your app, I was unable to reset my password since yesterday, this is not good at all, I use to get this error "unable to complete operation, try again later" since yesterday.....What's now the essence of using your bank since you can't solve common problem, I have my money to remove from your bank, I have a lot of people to pay, still you can't find something to do. This is really bad.

It's been nearly 3 weeks I reported a failed transaction that wasn't reversed. I have sent all necessary documents requested to get the issue resolved but up till now, I haven't heard back from their customer support. I don't think this is a good representation of the company and it's supposed values. Update on the above: It was eventually reversed after a plenty lodged complaints. I have increased the rating to 4 stars from 2. I am still watching, so I can't give a 5 start at the moment.

Raven is a very terrible banking app please don't use it guys they scam their customers. I made a transaction on the account i tried to top up my virtual dollar card which failed and I was debited I've written to the customer representative more than 50 times and they haven't refunded my money since on the 13th till now. if you try calling their hotline they don't pick calls and will keep draining your airtime. PLEASE GUYS STOP USING THIS APP THEY'RE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!.
