I just placed an order & 5 min later realized the sizes were wrong. There's no contact number. There's no way to edit the sizes even though they're not in production yet. I found a spot to get help with it through they're convoluted "help" system & provided the required info & my issue just to get an error message. I'd like to fix this issue immediately while it's fixable rather than having to wait for the shipment, send it back, re-order & pay, get refunded & pay again. Never using this again.

Trying to sell my art, but 3 months in and the 'REQUIRED' phone verification never sends the code, so I cannot sell my art. Emailed support back in June when I first set up the account; response was 'we are aware and we cannot fix it' and it still isnt working. They have made no effort to fix their issue or remove the requirement. Very much NOT artist friendly and support is not helpful.

I am a huge fan of Redbubble and have spent literally hundreds of dollars there. The app, however, is a pain. Every time I open an item's page to view its details and options, it automatically adds it to my cart, leaving me with hundreds of dollars worth of unwanted items in my cart. Also, whenever I try to view an item from the "Orders" page, it is impossible to see because it automatically zooms in and cannot be zoomed out.
