The system apparently stopped updating the servers on 4/8/23, and I can't even view the cycle history anymore. Signing out and back in didn't help. Reconnecting to my wifi didn't help. Plus, the app is so painfully slow even on a Galaxy S22 ultra. It also doesn't update that my sump lost AC power until the battery backup dies completely. Good concept, but since 4/8/23 it's been a pretty useless thing. Other than that, the pump works just fine.

Hi Mike, thanks for your review. We are working on the long-term fix here, but if you're able to navigate to settings and select "sign out", then log back in, you should be able to overcome this expired token bug.

In setting up the smart switch the app keeps telling me that it cannot connect. Customer support is nonexistent. I called and was told that everyone was busy and they would call me back but I'm not going to sit in a crawl space waiting for a call back. The chat option but it kept taking me to the Facebook homepage. Found out I have to install Facebook Messenger in order to chat with customer support but even that failed, it just took me to a web page that failed to load.

Can't log in (says password is wrong), can't reset password (says it doesn't recognize the email), can't create an account (get an error message everytime). Uninstalled and reinstalled, no luck. I'm 100% sure the email is correct as I only have 1.
