Once it FINALLY let me connect to my device, when it came time to give it a "Nickname", it won't let me save it. The "Done" button in the top right corner disappears, and the only option I have left is to Remove Device or hit my back button and start all over. The Add Device Manually option doesn't work at all...the web page never loads. Please help.

Initial install on LG G8 ThinQ was fine, connected to pump fine, and could mostly view stats for the day, etc. Occasionally the pump would 'disappear', but later would be back and all was fine. At some point it lost it and I can't get it to connect again. The pump itself is still on the network, and I have reset that several times, but the connection between the app and the pump just ain't happening. I've done delete/reinstall all to no avail.

Tried to create a log in and got an "unknown error". I figured it was opporator error (like I mistyped my email or fat fingered my password, so I tried creating a new account with a different email; same "unknown error" message. I then deleted and reinstalled the app. Same "unknown error" message. After 25 minutes of tinkering, ive concluded that this app is trash and I'm done trying to use it.

Hi Brandon, thanks for stopping by to leave the review. What a frustrating experience to read about overall. "Unknown error" is one that we are working out in development currently. That said, if connected to WiFi, flip to mobile data. If connected on mobile, flip to wifi. Email us at support@pumpspy.com if this one-time fix doesn't solve.
