Initial install on LG G8 ThinQ was fine, connected to pump fine, and could mostly view stats for the day, etc. Occasionally the pump would 'disappear', but later would be back and all was fine. At some point it lost it and I can't get it to connect again. The pump itself is still on the network, and I have reset that several times, but the connection between the app and the pump just ain't happening. I've done delete/reinstall all to no avail.

UPDATE: Lindy from support was able to do some work on the back end and fix the challenges. ********** Tried to create an account and then the password didn't work. Tried to reset password and it says my email doesn't exist. I tried to create a new account and it says that my email is already in use. Tried a new email address and the same thing happens. Tried calling support and the only option is to leave a message and someone will call me. No response.

Tried to create a log in and got an "unknown error". I figured it was opporator error (like I mistyped my email or fat fingered my password, so I tried creating a new account with a different email; same "unknown error" message. I then deleted and reinstalled the app. Same "unknown error" message. After 25 minutes of tinkering, ive concluded that this app is trash and I'm done trying to use it.

That said, if connected to WiFi, flip to mobile data. If connected on mobile, flip to wifi. Email us at support@pumpspy.com if this one-time fix doesn't solve.
