Ratings and reviews

The excellent service, valuable and friendly customer service, the simplicity, and the easiest to understand the apps, I would like to appreciate it. but I would like to suggest is that in Aljazira smart apps in self service, the Id expiry date updating process if improve like Al Rajhi bank,SNB bank etc so it will be very helpful for the customers.

Sometimes it's working good, there are times it's not working the way it should. Sometimes I'm happy with the app there are times that I'm frustrated like since 2 days ago. My local bank transfer has been debited from my Al Jazira account but until this time it has not reached my other local bank account. I called their customer service many times but I was treated like a ping pong ball. They pass me again to the recipient local bank. They can't do anything when trouble comes knocking. How 😭

Horrible App! I've been trying to update my ID for 2 months, but every time I input the verification code and try to jump to the next step, I face a transaction failed error.
