I used to be a satisfied customer of STC Pay, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I have been experiencing an error with my service for almost a month now and despite reporting it several times, there has been no response or resolution. This lack of customer support is unacceptable, especially considering how responsive they used to be. It's frustrating to see such a decline in service quality today.

I had a few emergencies one month and sent about 1k bd to my wife in the Philippines (over the course of the month) then I got that I have reached the limit. When I called the customer service they just kept repeating (if you reached the limit you have to wait) I told them to report this as a problem and to escalate it and she just kept repeating that stupid line instead of actually making a report. Dumbest customer service ever. If you have a problem you are better off just uninstalling the app

Your customer service is very very poor i have transfered money to india from my side its deducted and in app its showing success. But in india still i have not recieved the money. And when i am calling customer care they are busy minumum i have called more than 80 times. Atleast we need to know much time it will take to deposit @stcpaybh
