The currency rates are saved offline every time you open the app so you can convert with the most accurate rates at all times. The exchange rates are constantly changing, CoinCalc keeps you up to date with the very latest rates for better accuracy.

i am using the app everyday and really like it. however i decided to comment on several issues that did not get fixed yet 1. if you have the keyboard opened in another app and then switch using recents menu to CoinCalc it will squish the internal keyboard 2. 24h/7d difference option shows absurdly long number which won't even fit

Sam's apps have a distinctive look to them, and this one is no diff. That's a compliment. But CoinCalc seems cluttered somehow. Some of the rates vary by a decimal compared to say, XE. Overall though, it's a nicer alternative to most on the PlayStore and it's worth the price paid for. For improvements: 1. Pls allow the calc/numpad to be minimised on the Pro version; don't need to use calc 98% of times. 2. Add option for value to default to 1 automatically whenever user selects new currency.

Just 2 currencies in the free version! (EDIT:) I need multiple currency couples at the same time displayed in a widget!
