The app has been great up until a couple months ago when the mobile version started freezing when using the remote keypad. Sometimes I can close & reopen the app multiple times and then it will work, but even that has become less & less effective. The issue only occurs in the mobile app. I do not have the problem when using my laptop. Unfortunately, my phone is the device I use most for remote work.

Unable to log into the app. I use the app to remote into other devices on computer, but unable to log in on android devices. There is no where to log in, at the top like on the side. When attempting to use the admin url, the app puts a "/Guest" at the end so I can't even log in when putting a "/login" at the end because it will come out as /login/guest, which is not a valid url. This app is primarily for users that wants someone to log into their device, and not the other way around. Its useless

Mobile version at least worked until last update. Since last update 80% of screen is blanked out making it impossible to use. Same situation on three Samsung Android devices: Note 2 smartphone, Note 8 smartphone, and Note Pro tablet. Also issue with Windows version failing to close application after logging out. I have to access Windows Task Manager and individually delete multiple occurrences periodically to resolve issue. Have submitted requests for service but never received any response even though Controlwise continues to collect their monthly fees. In summary, what formerly was a useful product is now nearly worthless.
