A phone app that refuses to change to landscape view. The app text is two pages wide but we are supposed to read a document two pages wide on our phone in portrait mode with a screen 2.5 - 3.0 inches wide. When you spend a grand on a helmet, you you can reasonably expect everything to be top-notch, including documentation. If I put something like this out I would be embarrassed. It makes me question how much thought goes into helmet quality in general. Schuberth should be ashamed.

I used my wife's laptop to download the 2.0 version of firmware, then connected my headset to the laptop to perform the update. With this app I was able to access a Graphic Equaliser to improve sound, set Headset to automatically play when connected and a few other things. Been out for a ride today and the headset kept powering down (even though the battery is at 80%) but it would reconnect, at least, and then do it again 10 minutes later, and then wouldn't connect...!! š

To today's standards this app is really looking old fashioned but more important it is lacking user friendlyness. With FM radio you can't lookup a station name and need to enter the exact frequency. Even more enjoying is trying to add speed dials. You not only can't select a name from your contacts, you can't even copy/paste a phone number. This is easily fixable with a descent update. Firmware update also can't be done from the app. True voice commands don't even exist on the device. Do better
