Highly regret taking this select shaadi package. Don't recommend anyone to ever take this package. Customer service is extremely poor. They close all tickets without resolving the issue. The relationship manager do not bother to give you any update and don't try to work towards providing good matches. You run after them to get anything. They don't work as per the working hours mentioned on the app, often arrive very late to work.

the consultants assigned do not respond or send proper profiles, they don't even contact properly. they will send a few just in a single day and will go offline rest of the days. my consultant name is meera. and even after telling the same thing over and over again. she doesn't bother to send the profiles.also the once accepted are always on hold there is no response. may be they are the inactive profiles and still they are being sent. it seems there is a money looting scheme going on.

This product/service is among the worst options out there. Initially, the sales team's exceptional communication skills convinced me to buy. They dedicated 30 minutes explaining the product, leaving me happy. However, after the purchase, the advisor merely sent random matches and urged me to engage with them. During one of these arranged calls, I asked a match if she had viewed my profile, to which she replied that she hadn't. The goal was to ensure a few calls so that I don't claim money back.
