Bought car insurance via Shoory (underwritten by AWNIC). Canceled in August, refund approved and promised within 14 days—months later, still no payment. AWNIC confirmed Shory must process it, yet only delays and excuses. Escalated to Sanadak (Central Bank complaint portal). Buying is easy, but refund handling is very poor.
