I just bought a season pass and registered, but when I try to print out my pass, the app crashes every time. I cleared the cache, uninstalled it, and reinstalled it 3 times!!! I tried numerous times to reset my password. They say they sent me a link to my email address. But it's not there, not even in my spam folder. Fortunately, I took screenshots of the barcode of my purchase because I have no other proof of purchasing the ticket.

The app was working okay. I was able to add my season pass, search for dining, view the pdf map and park hours. The interactive map is still pending, and when I go to view the Wild Safari it opens a browser window instead. Right after I added my dining pass, it crashed & closed. Anytime I try to view my passes, the app closes. I have to bring the physical card. So, my main reason for using the app is gone. Also, I'm only able to mobile order at 3 places despite it being advertised everywhere.

I re-download and it doesn't have any of my passes saved. I found one pass to scan, but do not have others. When I type my email and name, it doesn't pull anything up, yet I have been paying for 6 passes since 2020. The old app wasn't great and this one is worse. I also can't find a way to change my payment card. The app needs a way for people to sign to a profile. I also want to get rid of some or change the name on some passes, but it's impossible without deleting all passes.
