2017. It works well but It would be nice to have inventory linked to the work order. The app is used when you in the field working, I would like to have my staff fully close out the order parts included. The way I understand it is that you will need to use the web site to add parts. Update: February 2021 and there have been no updates to the app. In fact I was told by them in a few years they will not be supporting facility dude that we will need to buy into their new updated software.

Every time I create a work order with my cell phone or at least 90% of the work orders just disappear. You can't assign to more than one person. The mobile app is very lacking.. programmers, I.T. Dudes!!! Come On. Read the Reviews and fix the Bugs!!

When attempting to log in, app closes. Need this fixed pronto! EDIT: The app now works as advertised. Thanks to the tech team for working out the bugs! This app let me make work orders on the spot, rather than going to my computer.
