* Guide for connecting this application to a portable DVD writer :
1. Connect a supported portable DVD writer and smart device according to user's manual.

2-1. If DVD Video is used while DISC LINK Platinum is running, TrueDVD is automatically executed.
2-2. If TureDVD is not installed, you are automatically taken to the installation page.

3-1. It can be used even if you run TrueDVD directly.
3-2. Click 'OK' on pop-up window to choose TrueDVD for USB device on smart device.
※ Note : At this time, please execute it with pushing 'JUST ONCE' after selecting TrueDVD
If you execute it with pushing 'ALWAYS', you can't execute DiscLink App in next ODD connection
In this case, please connect ODD after cancelling 'LAUNCH BY DEFAULT' of sMedio TrueDVD Streamer+ at Apps menu in Settings on smart device.

4. Press the return button more than once to stop playing video or exit TrueDVD.

Ratings and reviews

Don't waste your time. As most reviews have stated, this app doesn't work currently. When it does actually recognizes the drive, it sometimes doesn't play the dvd. Also, if it does play the dvd, there's no mechanism to sync the sound with the audio. The audio is about a second off. It's more frustrating than it's worth.

Works for me about half the time. More often than not have to close all instances of app and unplug drive to restart. Resume doesn't work nor do most player controls so can only just play from start of disc every time. UPDATE: after the latest software update now the app just freezes up with it purports to be loading a disc. It went from infuriatingly inconsistent to downright worthless.

this app doesnt work at all, dont waste your time and try to get it to work i just spent the last 1 hour trying and got nowhere
