Telco is the best. This app is very user friendly. Telco is, as usual, prompt & helpful - when I leave a message for them through this app, I get a quick & helpful response, usually within hours the same day! It is actually much quicker & much less frustrating than going through the phone system. I am a senior & usually prefer using the phone, but this is an exception. Too bad other apps aren't this great.

I have no idea why I cannot login into my account from this app(both old and new) or login through the web portal. Happened for 2 years now. I always get a login failure. I tried changing password and nothing happens. This app is basically useless and I always have to physically go to the bank. To make it even worse, my bank changed location so now it's a 30 min drive. At this point, I may just close my account.

I wrote a review several years years ago and sadly it still reigns true, I'm very disappointed. You still won't update. No, Zelle, no successful Plaid integration to everything, it's ridiculous. I'm not not talking about security problems or purposes, I'm discussing verifiable legitimate businesses. It still will not sync to Samsung Pay, REALLY! WHAT CENTURY IS THIS! YOUR NOT EVEN ON THE CREDIT UNION REGISTRY LIST! WHY AM I HERE? LOYALTY DOESN'T GET REWARED, YOU ONLY REWARD THOSE RICH YT PEOPLE
