Our employer requires us to use the IncentFit app to track our gym visits so we can get reimbursed at the end the year if we meet the required number of visits. 2018 was our first year using an app for tracking. At first I was really skeptical, but it worked out great and customer service is excellent! They answered any questions. Very helpful. I'm really happy with it. It's a nice way to track your number of visits too. It's helping me with motivation. I haven't had any problems.

I have to use this app to get reimbursement for my gym membership from my employer. It requires me to be there at least 30 minutes 6 times a month. The app constantly fails to accurately track the time. It almost always ends the time prior to the required 30 minutes while I'm working out without notification. Yesterday I finished my workout, and I observed that it actually looked like it worked with 37 minutes of tracking. I went to save the progress and it saved it showing 22 minutes.

Wish my work used any other app for gym reimbursement, because this app is horrible. They take forever to count workouts. I have a streaming workout from last year that was finally approved all of the ones from this year are still "under approval". I can't seem to upload photos anymore for steaming workouts because I can't just log it, I have to send a photo with a time stamp that apparently isn't an acceptable file type anymore. Fix the app. Ugh.
