The BMI, body fat percentage, muscle and FFMI calculations within the app are estimates based on the data entered and are based on commonly used scientific formulas. These calculations have limitations as they are based on the average body type and do not account for differences. For more accurate results, consult an expert and then enter your correct measurements manually into the application.

Great app. Better than any other body tracker app ive used. Ive paid for the premium now because il be using this from now on. Only minor alteration i would say is that body measurements can only be taken on one side so if you are dominant on one side and trying to get the other side to catch up you cant log your progress but other than that it a great app. And i love the comparison graphs. Cheers guys

The positive rating of this app is probably due to the fact that the programmer removes unfavourable ratings (this is the third attempt to make it stick), which constitutes strike one. Strike two is demanding users to create and log into an account, which is absolutely unnecessary for a software whose purpose consists in keeping track of a couple measurements. Strike three for bleeding consumers dry with recurring subscription fees and no possibility to buy the app once and for all. Uninstalled.

Literally the best health data tracking app I have ever encountered, cannot recommend this enough. Easy to input data, and presents it in a clear, concise format. Fantastic work!
