Not sure about this app but the sight has gone for a poop. On windows 11 (on two machines) I can't get into my bookings. Times out and gives an error. Funny it seems to work on my retired Windows 10 laptop. I have reported it but I can't be the only one having issues? Even reinstalled Google chrome but same issue. Even got at one point a social 400 error???

the Royalton Cayo Santa Maria is a real gem 💎. service is impeccable, the butlers are super attentive and have a real sense of urgency to serve you. thank you Javier and Maria , you made my stay very enjoyable. the beach is clean , no seaweeds, just incredible. the food was respectable but could use I little help from an experienced cook to teach them the basics about pasta 101. I would definitely go back without hesitation. special thank you from the GM Alessandro, what a chic gentleman.

I live in Winnipeg and the app keeps defaulting to Toronto. I would like to set all my defaults as they do not change. And then search for best price in a given month. If you look at our travel history some years we have had to travel with other companies as we never successfully navigated the app. Travel from Winnipeg also seems to be overpriced any explanation would be appreciated.

What's new

We hear our app launched for some but stayed grounded for others. Good news, we fixed the issue! Now everyone can moonwalk their way to paradise!
