I updated this previously functional app, added my next cruise & the information, ports of call & times, is all wrong. Double check every day to be sure your cruise info is correct before you rely on this app now or you may book excursion on the wrong day or find your ship has already sailed when you return to port because of a wrong time. If you want to use this app, you'll have to manually check & change ports & arrival and departure times. Consider it a template.

Have been having trouble with the app since I first downloaded it. I created an account, verified it, and logged in. Then when I tried to add my past and upcoming cruises, it kept telling me to log in to do that. I had to log out, completely close it, then try again to get it to work. I wrote a review for my most recent cruise and every time I go to submit it, I get an error message. Logging out didn't fix it either. I have tried for several days.

A huge difference since my last review, in 2015. It seems they were working the bugs out. in that time, Ship Mate has absolutely stepped up their game. You will find that if the company you've booked with has an app, Ship Mate will be an easier option to find some information that your cruise line does not include in their app services. As far as social interaction and gathering information from people who have cruised the same itinerary, it is way ahead of the game. The Facebook of cruise lines.
