Have been having trouble with the app since I first downloaded it. I created an account, verified it, and logged in. Then when I tried to add my past and upcoming cruises, it kept telling me to log in to do that. I had to log out, completely close it, then try again to get it to work. I wrote a review for my most recent cruise and every time I go to submit it, I get an error message. Logging out didn't fix it either. I have tried for several days.

A huge difference since my last review, in 2015. It seems they were working the bugs out. in that time, Ship Mate has absolutely stepped up their game. You will find that if the company you've booked with has an app, Ship Mate will be an easier option to find some information that your cruise line does not include in their app services. As far as social interaction and gathering information from people who have cruised the same itinerary, it is way ahead of the game. The Facebook of cruise lines.

Update: Got logged in and cruises added with help from tech support via email. They were quick in responding and helping solve my issue! I can't wait to explore all this app has to offer! This app came highly recommended, but it won't let me add any of my cruises. I've tried multiple times. I even uninstalled, reinstalled , and tried again with no luck. Just spins and spins. Pointless app of it won't add my cruises!
