I appreciate that BOC has this for the ease of use and all the bells and whistles. The problem I have with it is when transferring money to other accounts, the pop-up/online receipt only reflects processing and not completed, making confirmation with organization I transfer money to, very difficult. I've brought this up through email and by phone and no solution has been given nor did they give hope or show any interest in changing it.

I wish that we'd be able to lock our credit cards and see our credit card transactions without waiting for our SOAs to be generated. It's look is not up to par with current design standards but the app works when you need it, so it's fine. It just needs more security features for our cards.

I am only using this app because my company deposits my salary here. Your app is extremely inconvenient—no direct transfer to GCash, and worse, I keep getting the recurring “screen overlay detected” error despite clearing cache, closing apps, and disabling settings. The only fix is uninstalling and reinstalling, which is unacceptable. Other banking apps work without this hassle. Please resolve this issue immediately and make your app more user-friendly.
