I have been driving since long but seems like you don't want to make betterments. Please must add a cancelation fee for customers. Drivers travel to customers location wait for customers to come but then they end up getting a cancelation. IMP NOTE: Please add cancelation fee for customers to improve the ride quality and make emails mandatory.

This is too much boring app. Client can cancel the order without any restriction.client should be fined or should be temporarily blocked for the cancellation.when we reach near the pick up location of client then order is cancelled.and taxif does not take action against the client if he starts smoking in the car.sometime client doesn't pay the driver and taxif does not provide the money to the driver.

Dear Captain, Thank you for choosing TaxiF ! Cancellation fees are correct and can't be refunded. In your upcoming trips, even if communication with the customer fails upon reaching the pickup location, you must wait at the pickup point without moving for at least 5 minutes and the cancellation should be made.

What's new

In this release, we’ve improved the UX and updated the order acceptance and pre-order screen design for drivers. We’ve also introduced alternative sound notifications of new incoming orders. We’ve also changed which symbols could be used for driver’s names. For example, emojis can no longer be used for drivers’ names.
