Ratings and reviews

Awards won't open. Can't talk to anyone. Chat with a Bot. Ridiculous! Now, Monday morning, my Awards and stars have disappeared, and "issues " canceled.

Still crashing still not fixed..... please help I need this fixed in the next few days I have to get a few things

Won't let me award points to coworkers, just gives a blank screen. Is difficult to navigate, the back button brings me back to my profile while trying to look at redemption items. And it lags alot. My reward hasn't been shipped yet so I don't know if there are issues there, however I had put to have the confirmation email sent to my personal email and it was only sent to my work email. And I am constantly spammed with notifications to the point of distracting me at work.
