Disconnect usb storage...lg g4. The last one I had of yours worked great, don't know what's up but it won't let me open the app. When you get it fixed, I will change my review accordingly. Update: new phone Google Pixel 4A And the same error message comes through. There is no USB storage on this phone. I'm beginning to think that this app is nothing but a waste of time going through the recent reviews and they all say the same exact thing. Why don't you just fix your app instead!

Just installed this on Galaxy 10, with latest Android. Asks to turn off USB storage and disconnect from pc (I have neither). Clicking "OK" is all you can do, app doesn't start. Last update was in 2018, guessing it's not compatible anymore. Will revisit review once app is updated.

July 15 2020 Got new phone and would not work but kept trying to solve issues with company and finely got working. I find this app 1 of the best to use . I am a captain on a tug boat. Dec 18 2022 I have just had an update on my phone and the app stopped working. Tried to reinstall but app just doesn't open. This app when working is 1 of the best I have seen
