Ratings and reviews

This app is terrible. It continuously crashes and doesn't update the device paried due to crashing issues. The measurements are, on a large scale, inaccurate. I expected some issues due to always getting what you paid for; however, I was not expecting an app rated at 4.5 stars to be legitly so terrible that it bogs down my phone due to the continuous crashing. Actual Rating 0 Stars.

You cannot use the help in the app because after you entered what you need you cannot scroll down to submit. The data from watch to phone is not synchronizing. I've had this "smart watch", for a few weeks and only have one day of sleep recorded. You can receive messages but you cannot click to read them, only the first couple words show up. You can receive calls but unless you're right next to your phone it's shotty. Really useless.

This app needs lots of work. Settings do not take. Cannot change units. Steps edit will not take stays at 6000. Even though my ring states it measures tempreture the temperature card disappeared when I add the ring as a device. Starting an exercise does not always start. All reads appear off by 20% or so. That's blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen. Even though the ring instructions say you can take reads automatically there is no settings for this, all reads are done manually. No Sleep set
