Rescheduling or canceling your appointment is pretty easy within the app.
 
- Order an impression kit
In case at-home, in-clinic, and flagship center scans are unavailable in your area.
 
Once you have received your clear aligners:
- Tracking aligner wear time against recommended usage

it's a fraud all scam before the payment or booking they will call you multiple times once you paid the amount then you will get the bad experience you will wait for the call but they will not call you.. they will provide u multiple plans and charge more than the contract amount so I am requesting you don't make payment..i have visited doctor but as per contract they also provided limited information if any attachments is removed you need to visit again to clinic.

pathetic service. I had ordered toothsi aligner by paying 55000. until I pay, I used to get back to back calls from customer care. but now even after receiving aligners I have been waiting for almost 2 months to get the procedures done. no body is following up. I called customer care 4 to 5 Times. everytime they are saying you will get call within 24 to 48 hours. but that never happened. please don't use this app and don't pay any money. I feel it's just scam. very disappointed

The appointment booking process for their centre is pathetic, I have been calling them every day since 17 Oct 25 for an appointment but they are not calling back. I just don't understand why they can't take appointment requests directly when the customer calls the customer care number. very low grade of service.
