Ratings and reviews

Fraud scheme don't pay them. Before getting payment they will call you several times. After receiving payment they will not pickup your call. Without my request loan proposal sent several times. The treatment process is different from the video advertisement shown on the app.

I had booked a home scan with Toothsi and paid ₹12,000 in advance. On the scheduled day, no one visited for the scan and I didn’t receive any proper updates. After this poor experience, I requested a full refund.It has been weeks, but the company only knows how to waste customers’ time. They keep calling every day giving false assurances that “the case will be solved soon,” but there is no real action. Even after multiple emails, I haven’t received any proper written reply or refund.

very bad experience with app i am getting my teeth alligners treatment from april 2025. It always asks to book alligners check in appointment and once u book the appointment it shows the chat button but no response comes in chat after waiting for full day and also no call came from their team for the booked appointment. This has happened every time and it been 5 month under treatment and till now i have never get this alligners check in issue sorted even after raising tickets mutiple times.
