TrackTik SHIFT is a mobile app that was created for employees in the security industry to provide them with greater visibility on their schedule as well as a more direct way of receiving new and updated schedules. The app allows officers to view scheduled shifts, clock in and out for assigned shifts and breaks, pick up open shifts, view their availability and acknowledge shifts in a few easy clicks.

Disclaimer: TrackTik SHIFT is an employee app that is used in conjunction with TrackTik’s Scheduling module. TrackTik SHIFT can use GPS capabilities in order to ensure officers are clocking in and out in a predetermined, approved geo-fenced area that aligns with their assigned shift. When an officer clocks out for breaks or for the end of their shift, GPS tracking is no longer enabled.

It works when it works and doesn't work when it doesn't. I can't see my work schedule, so I uninstalled and re-installed the app. After every 3-4 weeks, the app logs itself off, and I have to input password and employer username. Called Customer support all you'll get is leave a voice mail and of course no one responds back to follow up.

I've used this app as a supervisor and there are a few issues. 1). The breaks on Android do not chime or warn you when your break is over, leading to Officers going over on their breaks and clocking 4 hour lunches and rest breaks. 2). The ability to look at shifts to pick-up doesn't exist on Android but seems to work on Apple. Requests to pick-up shifts seem to be just sent off into the void, there was no alert to me as a supervisor that someone wanted to take a shift. Average timekeeping app.

it's a clock machine and schedule app. that's it. in/out, past shifts. performance is faulty and slow. the management is able to remove shift and there's no history it was once there. I've had to check my presence on security cameras to verify my hours.
