HORRIBLE! Doesn't work even for simple actions. I expected I'd get easier use and more functions than with 311 web version, but NO. This app is a waste of phone space and even more annoying than trying to use service thru web browser. Save your time & effort: DO NOT DOWNLOAD

This app does NOT do anything.... The 1st thing you see is the (type in your city) I do that and nothing happens. It doesn't even try to load.... Too bad. I really LOVE apps that work. So I uninstalled it

This app failed again to allow me to use it's only function of reporting an issue to my local government. The developer has failed to respond in the past. Hopefully it will change this time.
