Terrible UI. Terrible delivery system. Dont pay in advanced as they tend to forget about your order. And if you try to call the mobile of the person responsible for the delivery he will hang up on you and make excuses. Go to union coop physically or pay by cash IF you get your groceries and raise a complaint through the call center as they will handle it immediately.

Yesterday, I ordered and the delivery should be at 2 to 4 pm. They were not able to deliver, and I kept following up, and we rsort to deliver it at 10 am the next day. Still, very late. We're not happy with this kind of service.

No instant customer support contact. No options to return or refund on the app. Once things improve, ill make sure to edit my review positively.
