This app is horrible and there don't seem to have been any attempts to improve it since it launched last year. Doesn't keep you logged in. Whn you go to view your tickets, it says your session has expired and you need to login again, but there is no place to do so. The app just freezes and has to be closed and relaunched multiple times. Seems completely random to find a place to login again. Very frustrating and stressful since you're never sure you're going to be able to access your tickets.

It's mandatory to use this app, but it does not remember my login info. When it tells me to login, there is no obvious link to do so, and the screen freezes, so I have to pause and I pause the app and then spend several minutes searching for a login screen. It's very cumbersome compared to any other app I use.

broken, glitchy. It won't log you in unless you authenticate your account through Ticketmaster, so it automatically tries to open the Ticketmaster app or website. but it can almost never connect to it. You gotta log in at Ticketmaster and then open this app and just pray that it works. 90% of the time, it'll say it doesn't work. 10% of the time it'll work. Make sure you add your tickets to your Google wallet at least a week before you get to the theater.
