Monitor your heart rate (HR), respiration rate (RR), and heart rate variability (HRV) directly from your chest! You only need to place the bottom edge of your phone near your heart and let the app measure those parameters. The technology used in this app is based on Seismocardiogram signal, the recording of body micro-vibrations induced by the heart beat.
While using this app, you can view your cardiac signal in real time and also get an audio feedback on your heart beats and how strong/detectable they are based on the chest location that you use.
All the measured values can be exported to csv files and be reviewed for each data collection date.
Unlike many other applications, no fingerprint or camera required for the measurements.
