After using it daily for 3 months I am uninstalling it. I see no correlation between the hrv numbers and my training, how I feel or my need for recovery. The numbers just look random. I never saw the pattern that you are supposed to get a lower value the day after a hard training because your body is supposed to recover. My conclusion after 3 months is it does not help me train hence I will stop using it. I put 3 stars as the app itself is working ok and user friendly.
Slight problem Been using it for over a year now and im super happy with it. Lately I've been having problems though. Heartrate randomly spikes up to 200 for no reason in my morning readiness.. Is this something other people experience or should I be checking my heart rate belt? Although that works fine with my watch...
Long time user, but now it doesn't work I've been relying on this every day, but since update to android marshmallow, Bluetooth won't stay connected. It's been weeks that I contacted the developer and gave details. I got a response but no fix yet. I can't be the only person with a Verizon Samsung device that's having problems.
Great app and development team, but no connection to my actual feelings, training etc! Great app and development team who cares for improvement since they tried to help with all my questions and issues. But I will no longer use it since can't figure out the connection with my health, training etc. Also got pretty different results in 4 back to back measurements in identical position.
Interesting app I've used the app for about eight months. The data feedback does appear to correlate with how I'm feeling. My inner coach can push too hard. Having data available helps me decide whether I should listen to him or take a recovery day. In my opinion the trends are far more helpful than an individual reading. A single reading can be skewed by external factors.
Endurance Athlete's Ego Check Solid performance booster and helps to reinforce good sleeping, eating, and quality workouts. Being ready to go hard is difficult when you train lots of hours and are following a plan. This is a good guide for when to step it back and prevent fatigue.
