works as intended. would be super awesome if it could sync with Garmin Connect app to import sleep and exercise data ^^ having VO2 max estimation would be another super awesome feature ^^
Great app, really useful and has been hugely beneficial in both managing training but also as an unexpected side benefit helping to reduce stress. Brilliant!
A morning readiness reading is part of my daily routine, and I find this very helpful as a meditation practice, as a fitness motivator and as a way to help track and tweak my fitness practices. I have two suggestions. First, replace the single score with independent sympathetic and parasympathetic activity estimates. This would help separate situational perturbation effects from training progress. Second, enable download of tags and derived measures as well as RR data. Great app, thanks for the effort you put into it!
I weightlift and play jujitsu. I find this app helpful for tracking my HRV, sleep, and exercise durarion and intensity. One's HRV score is reported as a number out of ten, which is why i choose to use this app over others. This is helpful for interpretation of RR interval and heart rate values and can be used to dictate your training. One potential improvement that i would be interested in seeing is a personal plot of RR and HR values and the scores they correlate with. This would primarily be a learning tool. This would help me understand where my values would ideally land to receive a high HRV, and it would show me which values will lead to increased sympathetic or parasympathetic tone. I haven't read much of the HRV literature yet, so this is still slightly ambiguous. It would be a cool feature. Thanks fpr the wonderful app!
I find the morning readiness measurements to be very useful and usually agree with my perception but not always. When it doesn't my workouts track between the 2. My favorite feature is the directed breathing with a expanding and contracting circle. It's as close to meditation as I can get. I would like to have a night reading to because it can put me to sleep. Thanks for the great app.
