Clients don't complain. But it's lacking in features for the stylist and receptionist. Scheduling shifts and time-off for employees is a hassle. It has to be done individually. The app does not allow auto-fill and "remember me" does not work, I have to fill in all 3 credentials to log in every time--it logs you out after a long time of inactivity. Not satisfied, but it at least it still can get the job done and salon owner is not willing to switch to different software.. 🙃

I have been using Rosy for over nine years. I have been through some very challenging times with them , but just too lazy to start over with a new company , the staff are always helpful when I am able to get them on the phone ,and I agreed that it's very time consuming and frustrating to impute my login information every time I need to login, there was a time when I could login into my account just one time, my schedule not not always show my availability.

Edit: the new Rosy pay is a constant problem and you can't get much help outside of business hours. Everything is great when signing up, not so much when already in use. Also,the app says it was updated on 2/23 and today is the 2/19. This is a mess. Super easy to use. Having to log in to refresh tickets is not a huge issue and I assume it's related to security. Would be nice if schedule integrated with Google calendar. Will it be available in the future? The sooner the better, for me.
