Worked great for about a year. Then electronics went haywire. Unable to keep it on one setting, can't turn off beeping, it has a mind of its own and does whatever it wants. Due the price the electronics should be much more reliable than this. I give it a 3 only because when it works, it does very well.

The AC unit itself works exactly as expected, if not better. However, as other have reported, the app recently stopped providing the information it used to and (if the app reading is accurate) the built-in thermometer for room temperature is completely stuck. No other circumstances have changed so I can't help but wonder why the lifespan of the app is so short Update: 1 year later and app functionality still leaves a LOT to be desired. Random blackouts and great difficulty with automation

It will not connect. I am tech savy and yet this just wont work. Now I am stuck in tech support hell. Seems like ironing out the setup process should have been a high priority. I have tried using multiple Android devices. None of them work. One year later and the app still doesn't work. I was hoping they would make improvements over a years time. Too bad.
