WorldFirst's service is very good. Their customer service is also good, and the money transfer process is simple and straightforward. Providing local currency accounts is especially helpful, and creating a convenient way to send and receive money in different currencies is a great advantage for international trade and transactions. However, the app and web need to be improved, sometimes it is very difficult and very slow when it needs to be. We expect better things and adjustments in the future.

Totally worst experience! Their support and system too much bad! I suggest no-one use their service and do not share your personal information with them. Best option wise, Payoneer, etc!

this bank is useless, i asked for verification and it said they need 5 days to complete but nothing happened, i even contacted the support through their email but no replies, such a scam! very disappointed and not satisfied!!
