App worked on 1st set up around Christmas. Went to use it this weekend so grandson could have "fancy" nightlight that changes colors, only to find app closing before I could blink. My lamp has buttons, but cannot access custom settings. All standard troubleshooting done, emailed developer, their response asked for personal info, info only found in app that can open, and screenshots that can't be made when crashing. Super unhelpful and a waste of money and time.

I just bought a set of 2 lights from this company and like the many many reviews here, The app to control the lights opens and then immediately closes. I literally just got the lights less than 1 hour ago. This is terrible!!!!!!!!!!

The app crashes the second I open it. Probably because I won't give an app that controls my humidifier access to my photos and microphone. Why would they need that? I won't be making videos calls or sharing videos and photos on their site why would they need complete access to my phone?
