The driver side of the app is pretty good, just needs a few more touch-ups to be great. The UI feels sluggish sometimes, when trying to complete an arrival to pick up a rider, the app will double slide making it auto-complete the trip. If a rider cancels a trip, the audio ding isn't noticeable all the time, and the sound should have an obnoxious vibration and sound to notify the driver. Lastly, it feels that you do not gay payouts for the distance traveled to rider unless that can be explained.

Empower driver app is a great way to help the drivers against traditional rideshare companies, i think they are doing good but need more consideration on promotion and advertisement inorder to reach for maximum number of riders for now the drivers is more but less requests potential existing so it's important to work on how to reach for most of the people, spending in marketing, they need to work in customer care to ease contact with driver to activate call number to be answered anytime....

I love the platform but the only issue is that the Empower driver has 0 customer service. you will never get an email reply and empower doesn't answer phone calls at all no scheduled rides🙃. I hope they improve, besides that Empower is a good company to work.
