Due to the lack of customer support for the drivers, there's no real way to get in touch with anyone.At this company supposedly because they're so small, you have an issue with the app.You better be a app technician because you're not going to get help from them to help you

I use the platform. I love that I get 100% of the fares. I don't like that you can't talk to anyone at Empower about anything , nor is there a number. Ive had no live communication at all with them and I really would love to speak to someone because I have questions! They definitely have some growing to do.

I love the platform but the only issue is that the Empower driver has 0 customer service. you will never get an email reply and empower doesn't answer phone calls at all no scheduled ridesđ. I hope they improve, besides that Empower is a good company to work.
