They have some traps designed to take away your balance. Please be aware and use the app carefully. I lost some balance when a pop-up appeared offering to extend validity (only line validity—it does not extend your active offer), and I accidentally clicked 'Accept'. There was no confirmation window; my money was gone with just one click.

Pathetic service from zain. I tried the number portability yesterday to redbull by zain .. They offered me the agent, which will be delivered to the sim card between 10 am to 12pm, until now, I haven't gotten any calls from them. If they can't deliver the product in proper time, don't mention the timing. Then I tried to contact them via chat, but I waited more than 15- 20 minutes, with no response from their side. Don't trust their advertisements. Customer support is zero out of 100..

Horrible experience. I purchased a line from them yesterday. I still haven't received it they promised same day delivery, and i still haven't received it. I waited for over 20 minutes on the help chat for the agent to tell me the team will be in touch, but i can't give you a time or when they will call tou. I thought they would exceed my expectations. The only thing exceeded was my disappointment, horrible customer experience, and horrible customer service 👎🏽
