Ratings and reviews

I've been a member for many years. I don't know if any employee has ever used this app or ever scheduled a massage before but wow. Booking is different for every single location. There's no way to easily book an 80 minute or apply membership credits. If you want to keep monthly members you have to let them use their packages when and how they need to. Suggested tip rate goes up every visit but all you can book online is Swedish which in this case means a lotion session.

This app is terrible. It is not very user friendly or intuitive. I wish it showed the name of the therapist that completed the service. It only shows how you booked it "any female provider". This makes it difficult to know which therapists you would or wouldn't like to book with. Massage Envy has a much better app and has closer locations to my home, I may have to switch back to them.

Overall it's not that bad just a bit clunky. I'd make it so you can see who did your past appts to make it easier to keep up with your favorite therapists and would also make it so you could choose multiple therapists on the page for scheduling so you don't have to go back and forth over and over. Maybe also make it so you can favorite which therapists you like and/or the appt template.
